PRIVACY
BackSaver™ values you as a customer and your privacy is important. Therefore, our Privacy Statement is simple: Any information that you give us—your name, address, phone number, e-mail, address, credit card information—won't be sold, traded, broadcast or given away to anybody other than the people who work with or for BackSaver™ for the sole purpose of filling your order. Period.
ORDER PROCESSING
In some cases, it may be necessary to call, mail, email, or fax your order rather than ordering directly on this Website. See the Contact Us page for pertinent contact information. If you fax your order, please make sure the print is dark enough to transmit. It is very important that all information transmits clearly to avoid delays or incorrect order fulfillment. Please make sure your order form is complete, inclusive of any available alternate forms of contacts. To receive automatic order and shipping confirmations, please include an email address or a fax number.
ORDERS SHOULD CONTAIN
- BackSaver product name and/or ID.
- Quantity – your desired quantity of product should be clearly indicated, even if you want only one unit.
- Wood Finish/Leather Color – in the case of office seating and recliners, show the wood finish color (if any) first and follow it with the color of the desired material.
- The most current price you have from our Website.
TERMS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Visa, Master Card or American Express will be accepted for all orders. “Bill-to” information on the order form must match the current billing details of the credit card provided. BackSaver reserves the right to contact the cardholder’s issuing bank when necessary. Two (2) contact phone #’s should be provided for verification purposes for credit card orders.
ALTERNATE FORMS OF PAYMENT
Money orders and cashiers checks are accepted. Personal checks are accepted, but items will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank. Make checks payable to BackSaver™. A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
SHIPPING
We strive to process orders to ship complete and without delay, generally within 2-3 business days if we have the product in stock. However, there may be instances where items ordered together may not ship the same day due to multiple warehousing locations and/or limited stock availability. If the product is not currently in stock, shipping could be delayed 6-10 weeks. In such cases, we will make our best efforts to inform you.
Please call Customer Support for quotes on non-standard delivery requests such as: non-contiguous US shipments, rush delivery on in-stock items, inside delivery (Threshold Service) or inside delivery with set-up and debris removal (White Glove Service).
BackSaver™ ships primarily by traceable carriers. Therefore, only verifiable physical street addresses will be accepted. We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
BackSaver™ will most often use a common carrier (truck) for larger shipments and UPS for smaller items. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for shipments to arrive at your location once they have left BackSaver.
AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Upon receipt, count all boxes before you sign for them. You are liable for all that you sign for. Thoroughly inspect all boxes for visible shipping damage (i.e. holes, water damage, split seams, resealed joints, etc.) before you sign for them. Be sure to note any damage that you see on the shipping documents. If the packaging is extremely damaged, refuse delivery and either fax or call BackSaver™ immediately.
Concealed damage is not to be taken lightly! Open the boxes and inspect for concealed damage immediately (even if the box appears to be unaffected). The greater percentage of claims filed pertain to concealed damage. Though claims policies vary amongst carriers, most will not accept any claims of concealed damage that is not reported immediately – first to the carrier and then to BackSaver™ Customer Support. We strongly recommend adherence to this request to avoid delays in replacing damaged goods.
RETURN POLICY
Our products are always guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive it in less than perfect condition (excluding shipping damage), you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit or exchange. Please contact BackSaver Customer Support at 888-388-2225 for complete return instructions and we will arrange to come and pick up the product.
Please return merchandise in original condition, complete with all packing materials and a copy of your receipt.
YOU MUST CALL AND OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM BACKSAVER PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT! UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
