BackSaver’s warranty by product category is as follows:

Zero-Gravity Recliners and Office Seating – five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Accessories – one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Pillows – one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Leather and fabric upholstery is warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Our warranty coverage ALWAYS includes the cost of shipping! Whether we need to come and pick your product up, or ship you a new product or part, shipping is ALWAYS FREE!

Please note the following:

Some softening of foam and filling materials is normal and does not constitute a defect.
Some fading, wear and pilling, and slight color variations of fabrics and/or leathers, does not constitute a defect.
BackSaver assumes no warranty obligation for defects arising from normal wear and tear, damages, accidents, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration of the product, or attachments made to the product not authorized by BackSaver.
The original purchase date will remain the only effective start date for any and all warranty claims. Any parts provided for repair and/or replacement does not re-start the warranty period.
Determination to repair or replace product shall be made by BackSaver and will be limited to repair and/or replacement following inspection or authorization by BackSaver at BackSaver’s sole discretion.
This warranty is the customer’s sole remedy for product defects and no other expressed or implied warranty is provided.
